Our Favorite Charities
These are charities that we have supported in the past. We recommend you check out their important work!
Our neighbors in Sheboygan, WI have been helping integrate refugee families into their community in many ways. They help provide housing, furniture, jobs, transportation, and English classes. Though this is done through the 501c3 Ebenezer United Church of Christ, it helps those of all faiths. Bake 'N Buzz believes that we should help everyone, regardless of race, sex, religion, orientation, etc. Though we are not a religious organization, we partnered with Ebenezer in order to help make these refugee families feel safe and at home in the United States.

Pathfinders empowers youth confronted by homelessness, crisis, or trauma to be safe and connected in order to develop a path towards self-sufficiency, healthier families, and a stronger community.
(Summer 2016 Local Charity)
The mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
(Summer 2016 National Charity)
Stepping Stone Farms does therapuetic horseback riding for veterans with PTSD, at-risk teens, and children with mental or physical disabilities. We like them because they tie into our charity for last year, and if we raise enough money we could possibly sponser a horse and pay for its housing, food, and care for one year.

The Milwaukee Fire Bell Club helps out during extended emergency situations, supplying food and aid to firemen. We like them because they understand the importance of the dangerous job firemen have.

Kiva is a microloan organization that helps entreprenuers all over the world, especially in developing countries, to start or grow their business. We like them because we can reloan the money over and over again to people in many different areas of the world.
(Summer 2014 & 2015 Global Charity)
The Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative is an organization devoted to helping our homeless heroes to find safe places to live, and also stable work so they can support themselves. We like them because they look after our vets, helping get them back on their feet after serving our country.
